For 13 years, I worked as a paramedic, where I witnessed firsthand how quickly life can change through unexpected illness, injury, or loss. Those experiences taught me something that continues to shape the way I work with clients today — tragedy does not discriminate, and being financially prepared can make an incredibly difficult time just a little bit easier.
After transitioning into the financial industry nine years ago, I made it my mission to help individuals, families, business owners, and first responders protect themselves from the financial hardship that can follow life’s unexpected moments.
I have seen what can happen when families are left without enough protection or without a clear financial plan in place. I have also experienced unexpected tragedy within my own family. Because we were financially prepared, we were able to focus on healing and supporting one another instead of worrying about losing financial stability during an already emotional time.
Those experiences also showed me the true importance of financial guidance. Many people are doing their best to make smart financial decisions, but they are often left trying to navigate complex investments, insurance, retirement planning, and tax strategies without ever having things clearly explained to them.
